Didn't know the place would be closed and didn't know about using the app to get the van..finally figured it out

LERAY WThe only real issue I had was when processing the payment at pickup, my credit card flagged the transaction and locked it. Nothing uhaul could do about that but when i called uhaul to see what we could do, i kept getting trasferred between the same three deparments and nobody seemed to know where to transfer my call to help resolve the issue.
Clinton DFour rivets holding the pin which holds the dolly ramp in place broke on the drivers side causing an emergency stop on a busy highway. Three of the four rivets on the passenger side were also broken. I couldn't get past the registration screen on the UHaul app, so I had to call people to get this fixed and I had to talk to three people before somebody knew what they were doing and sent someone out to help me.
Jeremy SSmall town, no one around, even closed on a Saturday…I guess that’s normal.
COOPER WThe truck cab was filthy, coffee splattered all over the dash, the interior muddy, and dust and debris on the dashboard as well. The dolly I ordered was not in the truck but outside their shop. The strap on it was filthy as well and was covered in oil and grit. We had to wash it before using it. I will not rent equipment from this location ever again.
Tyson WI called your one 800 number to inform them that I was dropping off the vehicle I had taken photographs I was sent a link in which I was to follow up and I did and did I had a schedule when is it happening? Is I end up getting charged some kind of a service fee for dropping it off late?

Robert ZThe yard with the equipment was full of large weeds. There was no delineation of parking or dropping trailers. I pointed out a piece of equipment that was broken but functional and I was told to go ahead.

I also booked a truck they didn’t have at their location that day and they were able to get what I needed from another site. Everything was there and ready to go, which made the whole process very easy on my end. Thank you!

Dallace JThere was garbage from the previous user but it didn’t really bother me. I did get stuck on an icy driveway as there wasn’t a lot of traction on the tires. The owner at QT tire who is the uhaul vendor was great and he came and towed me out of my stuck spot. For what I needed it turned out fine.

Dorothy JThey were friendly at the desk in outlining all the necessary information, but the truck was not cleaned in the back, the gas gauge was at empty rather than the quarter they had me agree to before getting the keys, and despite confirming to me that a dolly and furniture pads were in the back as I was paying for they actually were not. I think we were given the wrong truck due to a mix up, but as they had no other trucks in the requested size that I could see and my moving schedule was incredibly tight was unable to rectify.
Kelsey BDid not receive receipt for vehicle drop off OR a complaint or comment form. Had a breakdown with a 3 hour delay and no response from the help line. Paid out of pocket to get back on the road and very horrible driving conditions!!

Darryl JPick up and drop off locations were great. The only negative thing was that the truck size that was suggested to us by the call in center when I booked the truck was too small and did not fit all of our stuff.

Merlin ZIt was very nice to come there and be able to use the unit. The return went very well even though I wasn’t able to do the return online. When I called in during business hours to make sure that it had all been done it was reassuring to know that it had been done.
JAMES MThis location is in a tire shop business. Very limited parking and even though it was scheduled to come back to the Raymond location we were to have called Uhaul to verify that. If I wanted to drop it off somewhere else I would have made the call to Uhaul.
Larry GThe storage units are well maintained but the grass is never cut, no lightning hard to see at night, I had my things out by the 15 of the month and was expecting a return on the remainder of my rent that was paid.

Christopher PI would suggest getting really good locks. I had my units broken into and some DVDs taken. Gary put on replacement locks until I could get there.

Karen WAlmost no room to park trucks. Could not get self return to work and got charged $20 convenience fee. Was told my drop off was at a different location than the one sent to me after departing from pick-up location.
