The location is great. But U-Haul was not. Rented a double axel trailer. Upon first fill up we noticed two of the tires were balding. Eventually one blew going down I-5. We called two local U-Hauls in the area. No answer. Called Les Schwab and they brought a new tire and wheel and had us up and running within an hour. I called U-Haul and told them what happened. They said I should have called Roadside Assistance (which we found that number on the side of the trailer while waiting for Les Schwab) She said since you didn't "no refund". I said I did not want a refund, I wanted them to pay me for the new tire, wheel and hopefully labor. $371.15. They said you didn't call Roadside Assistance. Sorry, click.

Had received a call twice after I had already returned the U-Haul asking if I had returned it. Also didn’t receive my deposit like I was told.
