We were charged an extra day for a trailer that we dropped off a day early. They had my name wrong and spelt 3 different way making drop off difficult. They would not listen to me about my tow hookup on the uhaul being corrected and tried to force me to buy one then finally realized a way correct.

We ordered a dozen furniture blankets and one of them had dog crap on it. I would suggest you clean the furniture pads, they all had a bad smell to them.
