When I called to confirm the rental, the manager asked if I wanted to pick up the uhaul a day early with no charge, so I went ahead and did it, not knowing that it would change my drop off time on the back end. I called uhaul and was able to get that figured out, but just knowing that on the front end would have been helpful because I wouldn't have gotten it a day early had I have known.
