Both locations were NOT UHaul store . I was required to pickup and drop off online .! It was horrible!!!

The truck leaked and got a bunch of our stuff wet. Would love some kind of compensation but the Beaverton location didn't even offer anything.
RICHARD RBoth 20' trucks had check engine light on, I had to go another location to get my truck. Also, the first truck I was given had 158K miles on it. That seemed a bit much for one way trip to Wyoming. I talked to a guy at a another uhaul location and he said they would not send a truck with that high mileage on one way trip.

Tom SI had difficulty with using the 24/7 Share application for the pickup. had to speak with a customer service rep to get it to work for me.
