The guy at the counter was very kind but we had an issue with our drop off, I know it wasn’t his fault. What happened was I set up everything on the U-Haul app, I had it set for pick up in big rapids and drop off at Reed city, then somehow after we picked up the truck it changed back to big rapids, so I changed it back to Reed city on the app when we went to drop it off. This guys rep sounded angry over the phone because I was able to change it, apparently he had someone scheduled after us somehow even though we were originally scheduled to have the truck for a couple days, so this didn’t make sense to me because I quite literally changed it when we brought the truck to drop off. The guy on the phone said we’ll have a $50 charge because we did this. I haven’t seen it yet and I hope I don’t because that is ridiculous, if I’m not supposed to be able to change the location it wouldn’t be an option. Again the guy at the counter was very kind and is not his fault and I let him know how a customer can change drop off location.
