The front desk person was very friendly and helpful. Pickup and drop off was easy as could be. Price was very fair.

Staffing location made it Very Difficult to pick up and drop off vehicle. In addition rented for and reform a 24 hr rental but got charged for two. NO ONE present ( office closed) when dropped the vehicle. Very very dissatisfied ethos location. Staffing made it difficult.
WILLIAM L24/7 pickup had a small glitch, but it was resolved. Drop off was excellent, and customer service was probably the best I've ever received from any U-Haul location.

MARY MPickup by phone was challenging. Lots of steps to complete and requires to call for help. Needed to provide contact info of a friend or family member that needed to be available right then. Would’ve been helpful to plan for that. After pickup, everything was great!
