My “$19.99” 24-mile local rental cost $100 if you count fuel. 5x advertised price is extremely lame. I’ll think twice before renting again. The people at the location were cool.

Cristopher NVery friendly and helpful local representative who tried everything to help us schedule and arrange for our truck. However, our order was canceled the night before our move, and he had to scramble to make a new reservation for us. He deserves five stars. But the truck was not prepped for a new customer. It had been damaged in the lot, was dirty, and the windshield washer unit leaked. The leak got fixed, but there were numerous other issues that demanded our attention. The effort spent to make the truck rental work as planned was extensive and needlessly upsetting.
