Original pickup location changed from Alabany to this place, specifically requested real person pickup. Location hours stated open at 8am, no-one is sight. Called location number, left voicemail never got response. After 30mins called trafiic office who informed me it was a unattended pickup, person who answered really couldn't care less about the pickup problems Finally got truck 1 hour late. Never did get supplies thst I ordered and paid for. Definitely would not recommend, very poor.

Darlene BI was satisfied with the Upstate On Site Trucking but I am very dissatisfied with U Haul. I had specifically made a reservation at the Nassau Merchandizing location since it was close to my home and I had transportation issues that day. U-Haul then changed the location to the Upstate Trucking site which made major complications for me to pick up the rental!
THOMAS PThe mobile app experience was terrible, but the staff at the location and the agent I spoke with for return were both great. Unfortunately, because of app issues it took about half a hour longer to both pick up and return - adding an hour to an already long day.
