No U-Haul signs at location. Area looked like a junk yard and no personnel there and no trucks to make sure we were at right location. Finally found a lock box where we left the keys

Despite being sent all the way here from Hudson where I had to get my truck, at the very least these people were friendly and helpful.

Marissa WCould not find somebody to help with drop off. Was charged additional fees by the U-haul company after explain clearly that the fees were already paid for. Didn’t stop them from charging me a second time. This happens every time I rent with U-Haul. Extra fee hidden everywhere. Definitely learned my lesson this time and will be renting with another company next time.
Gary MDriver side front tire was @ 40 psi instead of 110. Location was, Dirty, messy machine shop.
