The U-Haul service itself was very frustrating
Malory MYour app and web pick up was pretty terrible. It took a few calls and time on hold and a call back to get it sorted. Getting the truck to a confirmed location was difficult and required multiple calls to get someone who could help. I am once again disappointed by U-Haul. It’s a good thing you do not have any competition in my drop off city because you’d never get another dollar out of me!

zachary WPleas make sure that there is assistance and the customer does not have to wait for 45 minutes before he can actually get hold of the keys. The whole point of doing an online reservation is useless if it takes more time to get the keys. mainly due to app and website improper functioning and then customer support takes the rest of the time.
