Staff was very unfriendly and not very communicative. Little to no response to any question asked. Didn't seem to care at all about the transaction.

The van clearly had not been cleaned. The windows were dirty both inside and out, and the previous renter’s contract was lying on the floor of the cab. Also, when I arrived during regular business hours to pick up the truck, there was no one on site. I had to call and she drove from another site to meet with me, slowing the process significantly.
