I accidentally made the reservation for the wrong day but they were able to still get me a van. Their computer system was lagging and took a lot longer to complete the rental but was given a $20 discount for the inconvenience. All around a great experience. Thanks!

Jessica LMy ONLY complaint is that I asked if I could return it an hour later than expected and I was told yes but wasn't notified that would result in an additional cost, causing me to pay for 2 days instead of 1. Other than that it was a wonderful experience and all 3 of the employees that helped me at this location were incredibly nice and very helpful. That was nice especially after the experience I had renting from the location I rented from prior to this rental. I will definitely use this location to rent from in the future, they were wonderful.
