I reserved a 15-footer, and the same day they told me they couldn't find a 15-footer, so I'd have a 10-footer. I had to make two round trips instead of one, and I had to sell two pieces of furniture that didn't fit in the 10-footer. Very disappointed. No compensation.

J'ai fait une réservation en ligne et quand je suis arrivé sur les lieux il n'avait pas ma réservation. Par contre ils ont tous fait afin que je puisse aller faire ce que j'avais à faire avec une remorque. Je vais m'arranger pour communiquer directement avec eux.
