** I did not receive the dolly included in my reservation, yet I was still charged for it. Please remove this charge or issue a credit. ** The check-in process to pick up my reserved van took 40 minutes, which was extremely frustrating given U-Haul’s claim that this is supposed to be a quick and easy experience. It was cold and raining, yet I was required to complete the entire check-in outside because the onsite office was closed—even though posted hours indicated it should have been open. The checkout process wasn’t much better and still took about 20 minutes. What concerns me most is that this is clearly a task handled by U-Haul employees at other locations. In this case, I ended up doing the work myself without any support. If customers are expected to manage their own check-in and checkout, the service should be discounted accordingly. That’s just good business and basic common sense. I hope U-Haul takes this feedback seriously. Thanks, Emrick

Eszter BThe drop off process via the U-haul App is too long. Taking multiple picture of interior & exterior can be cumbersome. I understand, the need to review the vehicle condition but it does take a while. The location itself was very good and customer friendly.
