Easy Pickup! & Communication by the owner was super clear the day of. The only miss was that the equipment rented wasn’t inside the truck the day of pickup. But was able to get some equipment same day with the owners help, after I called him.
Benigno BIt's on a one-way street with horrible traffic from 3pm - 8pm. Unfortunately nothing you can do.
Major-Xeno FThis location is excellent and the U-haul representative/dealer at the storage was very helpful and very patient! U-haul needs to make the app easier to download and access. U-haul needs to make it clear that this is self-service. They need to make it clearer that you need the app and you need to log in to rent. The U-haul rental here depends heavily on the app and the app is hard to download. I tried to log in via my email and the website, but that did not lead me to the self-service. I do think this is an excellent way forward, to make U-haul rentals into self-service but I think customers are still catching up. Customer service here was 10/10

Gino DThe vehicle was extremely dirty and half the pictures didn’t hatch the vehicle condition. I was highly disappointed with my experience.
Aditya BPick up was very difficult which led to getting the keys to the rental van 45 minutes late so I had to extend my reservation. There is no office to go into so it would be helpful if you removed that option. The app wouldn’t allow me to extend my reservation a second time so I had to return the van late as well.
