Tell people there is a mileage limit because they charged me for a$144 and never told me I only had a certain amount of miles and then gonna send a promissory note but yall are not getting any more money so

Ebony MI the service manager or a person on site should come and assist the customer on making sure they know how to use the equipment or vehicle they renting from UHaul. Everyone doesn’t know how to use certain equipment.
