I called the location to inquire the ball size for the hitch. The gentleman told me the wrong size and so I bought a hitch ball that didn't work. I had to waste more time and money to buy the correct size.
JOHN SI reserved an appliance dolly and there was not one available. I was charged for 3 gallons of fuel after I returned the truck and filled the fuel back to the level it was when I picked it up.
