When someone makes a reservation MONTHS in advance and chooses a specific location have the equipment available there or somewhere close by rather then having to drive over an hour to pickup.

The location(Shell station) was not a good environment to be in. The persons working the counter were allowing a group of people to drink alcohol in the parking lot. That group was harassing other customers using the gas station. It did not feel safe to be there.
