I went to drop off U-Haul equipment and I had to wait for them to go get somebody after waiting. I was told I couldn’t drop off because her U-Haul site was down so then I asked if I could check in on my phone and not a nice way she stated you can if you want Otherwise you need to drop it off somewhere else

WILLIE RHave knowledgeable people at each location. Even if a customer selects the option to use mobile check in, they should be available for questions. It was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. It should not have been this hard.
