Had to unhook myself, which was a little difficult due to disability. No one conducted any kind of inspection of the trailer.

I went to drop off U-Haul equipment and I had to wait for them to go get somebody after waiting. I was told I couldn’t drop off because her U-Haul site was down so then I asked if I could check in on my phone and not a nice way she stated you can if you want Otherwise you need to drop it off somewhere else
