The lady at the facility is so scattered. When I went to pick up the truck, it was blocked in by a pick up truck. The store was closed. I had to wait 20 minutes for someone to move so that I could leave. None of the equipment that I rented was in the back of the rental. And I was charged for all of the equipment. Still waiting for Uhaul to reimburse that!!!! The whole place is just disorganized.
