Thomas AI was sent to the Charlie Norris location where k spent an hour trying to figure out this 24/7 rental location. I tried calling the location phone number no less than 7 times and couldn’t ever get anyone on the line. Once I finally called the main customer service number I was told that it seemed that my reservation “slipped through the cracks.” Once we were finally able to pin point a new location with the equipment needed the experience was smooth from there. Do not recommend your 24/7 locations however. The app is not user friendly and just keeps running people in circles.

Madisson WThe location and service was fine. The trailer leaked in the front and got some of the musical gear wet. We are accessing any damage to the gear now.
Gene BFilled up gas according to the chart, ran the vehicle down to half a tank; so the chart said add 5.9 gallons, added 6.5, still got charged an additional fee.
Steven KIt was infested with roaches. I had to go buy roach spray and spray it down before I could even try to use it. Very disappointed! Never had this happen before in my lifetime renting a uhaul!

Richard HThe truck bed and cab were filthy when I picked it up. There were also roaches in the back of the truck. I had to sweep out the back of the truck, spray it for bugs and let it air out before loading my stuff into it. I also paid for an appliance dolly, but there was no dolly on the truck at all. The owner of the furniture store where I got the truck advised that they didn’t have any but would let me use one of there’s from the store. However, it didn’t quite work for my appliances.
Dondolyn HWith about an hours notice u-haul changed my pick up location to a place 40 miles out of my way, that closed in less than an hour and a half. Then when I got to my destination, the place I was supposed to drop off the equipment was 20 miles out of the way, when there was a place less than 4 miles away….. when I called to change drop off locations I was on hold for nearly 30 mins. Then another 30 mins to change the drop off location. Overall this was a really bad experience!
Jason YI was there about 45 min picking up my rental. They commented that they knew about my rental a few days previously but didn't have the dolly or blankets in the truck. Then all the trucks doors were frozen and they couldn't get the blankets out. They did locate a dozen blankets (I had ordered 2 dozen but was ok getting just a dozen). They were nice, just seemed disorganized.
