There was no one there at the location. Parked the truck in the lot and hopefully they take care of it. There was another family there trying to get a truck and there was no one there to help.

Have people on site so your customers don't have to use that pitiful app to pick up the truck. The app is hurting your business. It took almost an hour and 2 phone calls to finally get the truck. Uhaul needs to rethink this app
PHILIP CAgain, completely disorganized
Evan SDrop off location was closed. No one was there.! Could NOT speak with anyone, unable to get any help. Was forced to do everything on line. Must take pictures of everything. Not the best location to be a Drop off spot!
