Have people on site so your customers don't have to use that pitiful app to pick up the truck. The app is hurting your business. It took almost an hour and 2 phone calls to finally get the truck. Uhaul needs to rethink this app

Again, completely disorganized
Evan SDrop off location was closed. No one was there.! Could NOT speak with anyone, unable to get any help. Was forced to do everything on line. Must take pictures of everything. Not the best location to be a Drop off spot!
Cornelius SDon at the location was very helpful at getting me out the door and on my way.
Michael LDropped off truck and auto transport on the weekend, so interacted with no one but location was spacious and clean and safe and drop box accessible. Great location.
