After hours drop-off. I found the U-haul website to be very clugy. Didn't appear to accept my photos of the truck even after three attempts. Call to the help line was of no use due to a ridiculous wait time. Apparently the website did work because I received my receipt.

CURTIS LThere was no one there at the location. Parked the truck in the lot and hopefully they take care of it. There was another family there trying to get a truck and there was no one there to help.
DAVID SHave people on site so your customers don't have to use that pitiful app to pick up the truck. The app is hurting your business. It took almost an hour and 2 phone calls to finally get the truck. Uhaul needs to rethink this app
