This location was a gas station off the side of a highway. The guy who checked me in did not seem to know what he was doing, he had to call people to ask how to work the site. On top of that, the technology he was using was so old that the webpages took forever to load… so long that he would check out several costumers before returning to the computer. I ended up waiting in that gas station for over 30 minutes just standing around while he poked around on his computer. I would never recommend this location, it should not be considered a U-Haul location. Whatever licensing they have to remain a U-Haul location should be revoked.

Kenna PI never booked or purchased this truck as it is fraud. This location is not being honest about it. I need immediate action taken to resolve this matter. It’s very serious and I expect Uhaul to be on top of things as such. I wasn’t even in the country when someone booked this vehicle with my information. It’s holding me back from renting in the future and someone has to pay for this. It’s effecting me tremendously and I will get to the bottom of this. This location has committed fraud and my bank is working to dispute this as well as e-alert with Uhaul. I hope they get what they deserve. It’s caused me so much issues and I've tried reaching out to the location to see how’s that even possible but guess what? The number to the facility does not work lol. How sketch is that? I feel so violated that they even tried to scam me like this.
