The worst customer service I've seen in quite a while. The cashier was on the phone the whole time that he was dealing with me and that's rude enough, especially speaking some foreign language. I'd ordered a 20 ft truck, an appliance dolly and some furniture mats . I ended up with a 14 ft truck and nothing else. The guy kept telling he was a third party and had no control over what I was given ??? The whole thing made a very long day even worse! Varina Super Stop is awful and is definitely putting the U-Haul in a bad light!

I requested to pick up a truck on Williamsburg Rd in Richmond when taking to customer service where I knew the truck was available and in the area where I needed to be in. I had used this location a few days before. I told her this but she sent me 5 miles out the way. I was very upset having to drive ,5 miles out of the way when there was a truck available only a few blocks away from me.
Dahlia SClerk in store had NO knowledge of the process, enormous language barrier, a dismissive attitude. Upon return, Clerk had no knowledge of the process or how to contact customer service.

James JI talked to your representative when booking and she said I would pick up in Mechanicsville. The day before was told to pick it up here in Varina 20 miles father. Same with the return. I paid for 30 miles of driving I should not have.
