Charge for 8 gallons of gas for 11miles. So 1.375 mpg? I only used around 1 gallon of gas.

No one was present for me to check out the vehicle. I was told by a mechanic to drop it off in a box. I had to call the main Uhaul number to let them know the time and date that I dropped off the vehicle.
Joshua FThe drop-off process was fine. The young woman at the counter was personable and helpful, as was the location. But I will never use U-Haul again.
Elaine FWe dropped the U-Haul off right before their alleged closing time. It was empty and their entrance was blocked off. The side entrance was blocked by a car they had for sale.
Ella PI had to remove barricading, Bricks, old tires, sign poles, caution tape just to pull inside the property.
