The drop-off process was fine. The young woman at the counter was personable and helpful, as was the location. But I will never use U-Haul again.

We dropped the U-Haul off right before their alleged closing time. It was empty and their entrance was blocked off. The side entrance was blocked by a car they had for sale.
Ella PI had to remove barricading, Bricks, old tires, sign poles, caution tape just to pull inside the property.
JAMES GI will never use Uhaul again. For anything. The absolute worst experience I have ever had. Fix your trash app. Don’t allow people to schedule a pick up at a location then change it. How does that even make sense?
