The pick up of the equipment was very easy. The staff was super friendly and easy to work with. I was also impressed with the equipment. Clean and safe. Tires were correctly inflated. The hitch and wiring looked good. No complaints.
RYAN HWe reached out to this person /location a few days later realizing several items all in 1 case was left in truck and they were not helpful at all, said truck was gone already!! Nothing they could do!! Was disappointed they could not track that vehicle and possibly reach out to who ever rented! If the truck was cleaned and item found why we were not contacted being the last renters!
Leo KReservation was moved to a location 45 minutes away from the scheduled location, then upon arrival no truck was present no keys and there was no one answering the phone. We were able to retrieve our rental after sitting for 2 hours waiting.
