I was traveling over 1,000 miles from home. I reserved a trailer in Glenwood Springs Colorado for 10:00 A.M. a week in advance. The night before I was going to pick it up, I was informed U-Haul had changed the location and pickup time to a location in Rifle Colorado to 2:30 P.M., a 30-45 minute drive away and 4 hours later, basically taking up a full day of my trip. When I called to complain, I was told someone had reserved the trailer at Glenwood Springs before me. I asked why I hadn’t been told that when I made my reservation, I was told that’s the way they operate and the person hung up on me
