Have the items I ordered available at one location. It is asinine to assume someone moving can just go get equipment at another location. Also, the person helping me was on the phone the entire time. When we needed it extended the representative on the phone tried to guilt trip us to bring the truck back when we had no power at our new home and had nowhere to put our belongings. Overall, Uhaul made a terrible move worse.
