The folks here were super helpful and courteous. Dealing with U-haul itself (via the corporate phone number and being passed around like a hot potato) was horrifically bad.

if this review was about U-Haul the company would have given 0 stars. I reserved a truck on 21 May from Green Valley AZ for one way to Tucson, told what equipment would be needed I thought all was good until I got a call 2 days before my move. I no longer can pick up the truck from Green Valley I have to drive all the way down to Rio Rico, Exit 17. I have never had an issue with U-haul before this. Doesnt make sense to make a reservation if they can just move you, and think that adding an extra day free rental and 75 miles makes up for your time. Now for CP&P Rentals. They are 45 minutes south of me out of the way and I had never heard of them. The gentleman was very nice, and we had a couple of glitches on getting the uhaul, but overall I was satisified with the business. I was quite surprised when I drove past the Chevron in Green Valley that is where I got my initial reservation and saw 3 or 4 trucks.
