Yusuf ORETURNED TRUCK DURING WORKING HOURS AND THE UHAUL ATTENDANT HAD LEFT EARLY. THE GAS STATION ATTENDANT WASN NOT HELPFUL AT ALL AND KEPT SAYING I DONT WORK FOR UHAUL. HE DID NOT EVEN TRY AND REACH OUT TO THE UHAUL EMPLOYEE WHO LEFT WORK EARLY. WE WANTED TO HAVE THE UHAUL REP INSPECT THE TRUCK TO ENSURE THERE WERE NO ISSUES, HOWEVER IT WAS NOT A PLEASANT EXPERIENCE. I WOULD NEVER USE THIS LOCATION AGAIN.
Luis gThe information was not clear at all as the location had different name (gas station) than U-Haul claimed. Luckily there were 3 U-haul trucks parked. No one answered the call, the answering machine was full and the message was very difficult to understand - very heavy female Spanish accent saying Jewhaul. However once we called the 800 number and clarified the situation, the attendant was very helpful with extra tips and information.
