The truck was dirty before me and they charge me the cleaning fee, and in the beginning the price was $39 and i pay for 10 miles $177. Bad service and expensive.

Jack M.The day manager of the OK Petroleum, 1212 E. Main St. in Riverhead Uhaul did not show up for work; he was drunk. It was an 8 AM pickup that was not available until 11:30 AM. By the time I got to work I lost the job. This cost me hundreds of dollars. I will never use this Uhaul location again. Furthermore Uhaul does not have adequate telephone staff to deal with customer problems, I was on the phone for hours trying to resolve this. There was no paper record of the mileage or gas in the truck given to me at the pickup location and I was charged an additional 17 miles that I did not use. I will not pay for miles I did not use and will report this matter to my credit card company and consumer protection. Uhaul should find a more reliable and honest company to represent the company, OK Petroleum is giving Uhaul a bad name. I have witnesses
clayton M.The truck got very poor gas mileage I rented a uhaul same size Memorial Day weekend and had alot more stuff in it and towed my boat and got alotof gas mileage this trip same place upstate took $75 more gas that equals 15 gallons more
