original location was on 3211 van buren. You had to call first, the recording directed you to call u hall as it was not a drop off location, it was a pick up only. There was one on the corner 7525 Indiana in Riverside, i called and he said to drop off was fine, just call the 800 number to switch they had room, the scheduler would not let me take it there even though thy location said they had room, according to her schedule they didn't. C&B did take us no problem and we were in and out quickly. Please up date your drop off locations and the ease of customers being able to switch locations because i had to find the 800 number that was not roadside assistance, then finally they connected me with scheduling for the riverside area.

KARLA AMy reservation was changed by another store with a notice. They were not helpful didn't even try to fix the situation or do anything. The owner of this store heard the predicament and offered to help. We still didn't get the size of truck we needed but they worked with us to fix the situation. Great customer service very friendly and their trucks were great. Don't go anywhere else these folks with go above and beyond.
