We were supposed to pick up a Uhaul which we scheduled on 12/19 for 12/26 pick up at the Dwyer's location on Federal. No one was there and we were not able to get the truck via the mobile as it turns out they never left the keys for us. Very frustrating. However, a wonderful customer services rep helped us to get another truck at the T&T location which went pretty well. Again, no one onsite and we had reserved a dolly and furniture pads and none were in the truck and no one to ask about it. We ended up having to buy a Dolly from the ACE hardware store and managed. We did get the refund but the initial experience trying to get our truck was negative and Dwyers. Thank you again to the fantastic lady who helped us so we could get the other vehicle. We were so grateful for all her help.

Another great Uhaul experience

RICHARD PT and T were aware that I was inbound, met me in the parking lot when I pulled up, help me disconnect and sent me my receipt via email, very easy process.
