We had to drive 125 miles each direction to pick this up, despite the confirmed reservation. The truck had a huge crack and two smaller cracks in the windshield that no employees noticed? Weird.

Aaron BI was ordered a truck locally and up to the day before was led to believe that was going to happen. The day before I was informed it was not available. The closest truck was 75 miles away. I had to drive 140 extra miles and spend three hours doing it and got absolutely nothing in return. I was not treated fairly .
