The truck drove terribly...like something was wrong with the transmission. Other than that, it was clean and everything functioned just fine.

ROSEMARIE M.The location was fine, but the U-Haul mobile rental is cumbersome. And I would've really like to have secured the truck I requested from the location. Had I realized my reservation didn't matter I would have handled differently. Also didn't plan to drive 40 minutes for my rental instead of the 15 minutes. Those extra miles add up, great for U-Haul, not for me. Didn't have the extras I requested, no way to get them as location was closed. I'll be moving my household in a couple months, this experience really makes me question whether U-Haul is a viable option for that. Again, the location is fine, U-Haul mobile reservation and check in experience lacking.
