I only went 30 miles in the truck and I was charge for 84 miles this was the worse experience ever dealing with uhaul

Wallace BThe truck sounded terrible, I was was overcharged, the dolly that I had requested when I made the reservation prior to it being switched to this location was not in the truck (wasn’t charged), hours show open but done by phone. Overall would not recommend this location
Oliver CWhen I arrived at the arranged time, no one was there. I called and was told to look for a number on the trailer. I expected I would have help hitching, but was told no one was there and wouldn't be. Had to handle everything over the phone. Made me very nervous. Everything worked out but I would have liked to have known there would be no help in advance. My last UHaul experience was great -- someone helped me and showed me everything I needed to know.
