The place is confusing, one expects to find a person and it’s really all a guess, I called U-Haul and the lady on the phone forwarded the call to a person who then help to get everything done through the phone. I was so confused that I called the U-Haul number three or four times, the lady on the other end knew the process very well, but my initial preception was that she was expecting I would know it too… in the end she took the time to explain everything to me, thank YOU! The trucks are packed very close to each other, one cannot even walk in between them to asses the physical state of the vehicle, you better be a good driver, otherwise, I cannot tell how you will park it back in place when done with it. Also, the furniture dolly I requested was not in the back, I paid for it anyway as I missed to report it at check in, but the worst was that I really needed it!!

They have a very bad organization in the trucks that they assign you for the service you request. They charge you miles unfairly, They don't do what they say They change the pick-up location of the truck and impose that you pay the miles they say. Don't waste time requesting services at Justin. In customer service they do not support at all. —————————— Tienen una muy mala organización en los camiones que te asignan para el servicio que solicitas. Te cobran millas de manera injusta, No cumplen lo que dicen Cambian el lugar de recogida del camión y imponen que pagues las millas que ellos dicen. No pierdas el tiempo solicitando servicios en Justin. En servicio al cliente no apoyan en lo absoluto.
