This location, experience and app have been the absolute worst U HAUL experience ever! The website didn't even suggest other local locations which I usually use. This location is located in the middle of an industrial business complex and didn't have enough clear markings to indicate that there might be some sort of office or personnel. The app was giving me the wrong instructions which lead to it taking over 30 mins just to be able to access my equipment. The customer service help agent on the app had a 4-5 min delay between every response which added to the frustration and i asked them twice if someone could call me bc I couldn't / wouldn't explain over the app what the issue was, but instead they kept pushing for me to explain everything over chat. I ended up having to Google the u haul customer service number and get assistance that way. This rental experience made a arduous event 10x's worse! Side note, the employee from said location did call me twice when my return was late and he was very pleasant, as well as the 800 agent who helped me

The location was great and the trailer had no problems. All I would suggest is for uhaul to upgrade ALL of their trailers to lockable hitches. The particular trailer I had was older style and hitch could not support a lock pin.

Ben BVery unprofessional and uncoordinated. There was no going over the contract nor the policy and rules on how and what to do once we got the U-Haul. Blatantly lied about a hold of money, signed the contract without let me know or even going over it with me, and added insurance when we had already declined the offer. After the U-Haul was dropped off the same day, and that was that. Ten days later I get a call from an Area Manger asking where the U-Haul is at. Waiting over a week to find out where your property is, is not only unprofessional but incredibly sketchy. He never told why he just now got in contact with us, nor how he knew the U-Haul wasn’t at the property. My sister talked with him trying to figure out what was going on and he stated he’d send a breakdown of the situation. While on the phone with him he was let in on the money hold issue, and how we were confused on if it was a hold or the actual amount. He then asked if we received the money back and when he was told no, and that’s the main issue, he switched up and now stated that, that is the actual amount. The next day he sends my sister the exact same contract we already had and still hadn’t answered our questions and then charges my card two more times for two different amounts of money. I have left him a voicemail and called his phone and he is no longer responding to me or my sister. DO NOT USE THIS THIRD PARTY COMPANY. They will scam, take more money then needed, and sign forms without you consent.
