I received notice that my reservation had been changed. I did not receive notice that the new place did not open for an hour after my reservation. I was also not notified that they had no dollies or blankets which I had reserved. The whole thing was disorganized. I had to call a person on speaker from the cash register so I could give all my information. Over the phone. Out loud. Because of my reservation not being what it was supposed to, everything got off schedule and now I need to rent a van to finish my move. Very disappointing!

Luis GHave someone on site to handle to transaction rather than me (the customer) having to call someone using my own line. Update the reservation process to include all required services, rather than give me an option. We rented a van, once I was on site, I was told that I was required to purchase insurance. If we had rented a truck, the insurance would have been optional.
John TMr Tony was not pleasant to deal with. Had to deal with him over a cellphone while standing inside the pickup location. Having to read my credit card information out loud multiple times with customers in the store is very frustrating and definitely not safe. He didn’t care that the light on the dolly was not working. He asked me several times where was I picking up the vehicle that I was towing from and I told him Thaxton, Va he told me no that I was in Roanoke. Um yes I know that, but that was not his question. Just very unpleasant and definitely unprofessional.
