Truck was parked in a field and I had to drive over a concrete curb to get to the store to complete rental. Also no fault of this location but I had reserved a 15 foot truck 2 to 3 weeks before my date but no location in the Roanoke Virginia area had any 15 foot trucks. In fact this was the only truck available anywhere. U-Haul should make an effort to have the vehicle I requested available

Be prepared for the customer’s arrival and have someone there to assistt. This was a gas station. I arrived there at the pickup time and there was only one person there and they said that they were they didn’t know I was coming. They called someone and the entire pickup process was done over the phone. I had to connect the trailer myself and send him a picture of the hookup..
Michael GThe guy at the dropoff kept telling me that it was not his job to help me. The 5th time he said it, I told him that he had made me well aware that it was not his job and he apologized and said he was sorry to speak to me like that, but it was not his job. Please do not require me to drop off at a certain place if there is not someone who is able to register my rental as returned.
Mollie VI received notice that my reservation had been changed. I did not receive notice that the new place did not open for an hour after my reservation. I was also not notified that they had no dollies or blankets which I had reserved. The whole thing was disorganized. I had to call a person on speaker from the cash register so I could give all my information. Over the phone. Out loud. Because of my reservation not being what it was supposed to, everything got off schedule and now I need to rent a van to finish my move. Very disappointing!
