Juan VClarify on the UX/website/app, if customer is 'late' for pick-up, more happens than just possibly getting billed for extra time needed. Please clarify what 'late' is (e.g 1hr past scheduled time) and the process a customer must go through to via customer service to get their vehicle pick-up re-activated so they can start the process via the app!
