The individual working was less than friendly and helpful over the phone. In person, he was even less helpful. It was like he didn’t want to be bothered.
KIRSTEN YOriginal pick up location (which was walkable distance from my house) wasn’t available. The new location was 18 miles away, even though there are over 3 closer locations to the first desired pick up location. The lady working at the new location kept walking away from me and helping other customers. Her computer kept loosing connection and/or shutting off. Service was slow and I was a little nervous that I may have been at the wrong location for how unprofessional it seemed.

Charlana JTerrible, I was to pick unit in Apple Valley, MN-had to drive to Rochester, MN to pick (77 miles). 3 hours @ 2 people plus gas cost to my personal car. Picked at gas station, had to ask for help to have people move their cars to get to the truck needed..
