Everything went very well. I checked in and the customer service rep was friendly and effecient pulling up my reservation. The trailer was staged for easy pickup and was connected quickly - and I was on my way promptly. Return we just as smoothly. Overall an outstanding experience.

I could drop off my trailer on Sunday, but not extend my rental on a Sunday from this location that is closed on Sunday. The next renters cannot pick it up on Sunday so why couldn't I extend until Monday?

DAVID NThis location is easy to get in and out of. The vehicle was clean but high mileage. The gear shifter linkage felt loose and I worried about it becoming inoperable. It worked for my chore, but it needs attention.
