Jason MEverything went very well. I checked in and the customer service rep was friendly and effecient pulling up my reservation. The trailer was staged for easy pickup and was connected quickly - and I was on my way promptly. Return we just as smoothly. Overall an outstanding experience.
ERIC VI could drop off my trailer on Sunday, but not extend my rental on a Sunday from this location that is closed on Sunday. The next renters cannot pick it up on Sunday so why couldn't I extend until Monday?
