The manager was at lunch when we got there so we had to wait for him to get back because no one else knew how to receive the trailer. After 45 minutes he still wasn't back so they wrote out a receipt so we'd have proof we returned the trailer & on time. They should train 1 or 2 other people to do this when the manager isn't there. Other then that, the people there were very nice, polite. They would have gotten an overall rating of excellent if we didn't have to wait around for 45 minutes !
