Same story as when we picked up. Had a specific location picked for drop off only to be told they weren’t accepting any drop offs. Once again changed to a different location. Very frustrating that both pick up and drop off confirmed locations were changed.
STEVEN TAs long as they don’t need to rent on a day that they’re closed in the middle of the week.
RANDALL HI will never make another reservation directly through U-haul online again. I will reserve directly through U Stor It in the future.
