The people at Value Plus were very well organized and extremely polite. They made the rental process very smooth and the drop-off even easier. Also, I used considerably less miles than anticipated and my final bill showed the adjustment (down) on my final bill. I was very happy to see they did that automatically. I've had to fight with other rental facilities over excess charges.
KEITH DGive people trucks, that's safe for the roads for driving.. missing, trim around front windshield. Windshield leaked very bad inside when raining. Front end shook like a leaf, had roadside. Come out to fix it and shook even worse. The license plate light didn't work back marker light didn't work.

PABLO NClean the water bottles outnof the back of the truck, and walk with whomever is renting. I was told the truck had 7/8 a tank of gas, it had only 3/4 then was charged. Suck it from the back u-haul
