When I called the main uhaul location they gave me a different location on the same road. When my co worker went to pick it up along with having the confirmation number in hand and that location struggling to log into their system, they did not have my vehicle and said oh your location is now the above one they switched it. It would have been nice to know that beforehand as we were in a time crunch and this cost us extra time to travel to a new location.
