I rented the 6' x 12' trailer. The tongue weight on this trailer (empty) is excessively heavy to lift with one person. My original drop off location was not staffed and did not answer the phone during business hours. Since I could not unhook without assistance, I contacted U Haul for a new location. The U Sav Auto Center had a portable jack to unhook the trailer. This trailer needs a permanent jack installed on the tongue so that it is safely connected to the towing hitch/unhooked.
